Brass Templates from Lasting Impressions and Rubber Stamping.

About Me

My photo
Hi. I'm Donna and the owner of a business called Luv2Emboss. I've been crafting since the moment I could color with a crayon without eating it first! I have been embossing with Lasting Impressions' Brass Templates for 20 years and I am on their Design Team. I also love to craft with rubber stamps and I sell Lawn Fawn products. I hope the cards and projects I display will perk your interest to try a new craft or play with an old one! Enjoy. :-)

MAY CHALLENGE

Donna's May Challenge Template #L9758.
Good morning everyone and Happy Birthday to any and all who are celebrating a birthday this month!  May Challenge has arrived and I have some wonderful ideas to share:

Barbara's LI Summer Flowers Template #L9758.  Barbara used the newest LI
plaid paper with her embossed flowers and Cut Outs -
daisy and sentiment.

Barbara's second card using  LI Summer Flower Template #L9758 and LI Senti-Metal.
Karie's Step Card using LI Summer Flowers Template #L9758
and L9111 Butterfly.  Spring colors are beautiful and
the little bow "ties" it altogether!
Karie's second card using LI Summer Flowers Template #L9578 and
 W5019. Daisy wording.

Sharon's LI Summer Flowers Template #L9758.
 Nice layout and great scuffing!

Sharon's LI Summer Flowers Template #L9758 Daisy!
Really cute card, Sharon!
Sharon's last Card using LI Summer Flowers Template #L9758.
Donna's LI Summer Flowers Daisy Bag using Template #L9758, Cut Out
balloons and sentiment, along with Lawn Fawn's Tote Bag, #LF1056.
Now then, if you don't have the May Challenge Template #L9758, can you still make these ideas?  You can if you own LI's Colored Impressions Software.  You simply locate the template in the software and print the Summer Flowers out on white paper, colored or not, and cut them out and use the images like a die cut.  Here is a beautiful example from Jan:

Jan used the software to print out both flowers two times so she could layer them.  All four are printed on white cardstock.  She then colored them with her Copic Markers, cut them out, and curled the petals to make them look more embossed.  She used some of the new LI papers, adding her faux stitching and she made a beautiful card all without the actual template!  Great job Jan!  :-)

I have more to come this month so check back again soon.  Thanks for stopping by.  Stay in and be safe.  Crafting joy, :-) Donna
