Happy Memorial Day!

I've been busy creating some 4th of July cards and I thought this one could actually be used anytime and today is a good day to do so! So, "celebrate" the day and be safe and have fun. :-)

It's "Popcorn Tuesday" and normally my husband and I go see a movie! However, Dick's recovering from knee surgery so I'm at home embossing instead while he rests his knee. It's a happy day for me when I have scissors in my hand and I'm making a new card to share! Enjoy your Tuesday!

I had the nicest belated Mother's Day weekend with my daughters. Now to send them a big thank you for spoiling me!

Friendship!

Sometimes it's all about friendship and this darling card made by my good friend Barbara is the cutest card and a great way to express the joy of friendship! The Ladybug Template is L.I. #L9401. Cute, huh?

It's a Lily kind of day!

Spring is definitely here and this card made by my very good embossing buddy Heidi is just a gorgeouse example of her talent in designing cards! This girl rocks with just the right color combinations, style and embellishments! I particularly like the way she did her "stitching" around the edges of this beautiful card. Take a peek! It's a keeper Heidi! Love it.

Post-A-Note Holder

I don't always use just L.I. to create a project for my classes and this month's project was a prime example. I used a Big Die from Sizzix to create this cute holder for Post-Its. Then I embellished it with Lasting Impressions' cardstock and templates. It was a fun project.

Happy Weekend

Here are two card shares I thought you might enjoy. One is for a friend's belated birthday, using the new monkey template (#L9700), and the inside reads: "I hope your birthday was more fun than a barrel of monkeys." The second card could be used for Father's Day and the inside reads: "You are Tool-mendous!" I really like this tool template from L.I., #L9123. It makes a great "guy card!"
