News about Lasting Impressions

Good morning and I do apologize for being so absent. I've been busy working with Lasting Impressions to get their Blog going and they are moving right along with some very exciting cards and projects. I hope you will all find the time to go look. Good morning and Happy Thursday. Father's Day is around the corner and I hope you all are prepared to make cards for that special dad/guy in your life. Here are two examples using Golf Clubs (L9103) and Tools (L9123).

Look at this adorable card created by my friend Barbara! The sentiment is cute, of course, but I love her paper combinations ... all from Lasting Impressions. Barbara does such a nice job and this owl is one of my favorites. I hope you like it too.

Happy Monday

I'm sure most of you have noticed that Lasting Impressions is having some difficulties with their new web site. Apparently, the old one just plain quit and they had to quickly create a new Home Page with lots and lots of work yet to be done. Be patient. They are working to resolve the many issues they are now experiencing. In the meantime, I'm still stamping. Yesterday I took a Copics Class and I am now Copic Certified. It was a great class and I learned a lot. Here's a card I made recently and the design is similar to one I saw on the internet and immediately said, "I have to do this layout!" I hope it will inspire you to try something similar. Enjoy your day!

Tuesdays are my "popcorn date day" with my husband. I put my card making supplies aside (that's hard to do) and go see a movie! This is the card I made yesterday with a Penny Black Stamp called "Hanging On." The width of my card is cut short so that the mouse is cut out and hangs over in front of the inside page. I think the bunny's smile is so cute and I hope this card puts a smile on your face as well. Enjoy your day ... I'm off to the movies!
